The Sidney Public Library is pleased to offer a free monthly program series. The programs are offered on the second Saturday of each month, from 10 a.m. to noon. There is no charge, and all programs are open to anyone who is interested in attending. We do ask, however, that you call to reserve a place, as space is limited. The schedule is below, and beginners are welcome! |

2008 Program Series
January 12th: College Planning & Financial Aid Treve Floram from Kearney, NE is with Education Quest and will present a workshop on Financial Aid/College Planning.
January 12th : Digital Camera Workshop Returning presenter, Colleen Wecker from the Wal-Mart Photo Center, will again provide instruction to children and adults on how to operate digital cameras.
Wednesday January 16th : Digital Camera Workshop Colleen Wecker will return this evening to provide the ins and outs of operating digital cameras.
February 9th : Pottery Demonstration Ned Day and Curt Door from the Sidney Fine Arts Center will be at the Library to present a demonstration on making pottery.
March 8th : Imagine That During this program you will be making an Easter wall decoration from craft foam featuring painted highlights.
Wednesday April 9th : Digital Camera Workshop 6pm—7:30 pm Colleen Wecker from the Wal-Mart Photo Center will be helping you sharpen your photography skills, so bring your digital camera and have fun.
April 12th : Spring Gardening David Dye will be giving tips and ideas on planting your spring gardens.
Wednesday May 7th : Digital Camera Workshop 6pm — 7:30 pm Here she is again!! Colleen Wecker is back for another workshop….Bring your cameras and learn more picture taking tips just in time for Mother’s Day/Graduation!
