    A motion was made by Shannon to excuse Sandy White and Tanya from the Board meeting.  The motion was seconded by Jen.

Meeting called to order at: 4:00 pm.

Approval of Minutes:  A motion was made by Shannon to approve the minutes of the September 12, 2022 meeting.  The motion was seconded by Jen.
     APPROVED: ALL

Financial Reports and Bills:  A motion was made by Jen to approve the Bills for September 2022.  The motion was seconded by Shannon. 
     APPROVED: ALL

Old Business: 

  • A motion to approve all revisions and revisitations to the policies was made by Jen.  The motion was seconded by Shannon.   

APPROVED: ALL

New Business: 

  • A motion was made by Shannon to close at 4:00pm on October 31 so the staff can attend the Trunk or Treat.  The motion was seconded by Jen.
    APPROVED: ALL  
  • Amanda reported that she is happy to be here. 
  • Staff members went through the Oktoberfest parade with the Bookmobile.  Our volunteer Amulek helped throw candy.
